What did the 7 Minute Mindfulness teach me?
So, here are some of the things that the course was able to teach me:

This was the first lesson in the product that dealt with controlling my breathing patterns and being constantly aware of the air flowing in and out of my lungs. Taking slow and deep breaths help me calm down every time and makes me look at things from a different perspective.
