You are looking at it wrong! it is not seperate words, these are letter heiroglyphs, ive translated them using a small hieroglyph dictionary sort of thing, it says Sekhmeth (the lioness god who has many version, one of which is a good hunter god that protects the egyptians and kills its enemies) according to the story she has unstoppable rage so the egyptians had to perform a complex ritual a every certain period of time, (like the computer in the hatch!) to keep her satisfied, of this im certain, the hieroglyph she pressed however is the ankh of horus.

People, please, you can not translate hieroglyphs using Budge. Like eixt said, its outdated and incorrect. I repeat my last post:
there are three words on the right, all with some notion of time:

aHa.w meaning “life time”
rk meaning “time”, but usually only used to indicate an era, or the reign of a king
hAw meaning “time” or “life time”

on the lower right is the word Ts, meaning “to lift up” or “to stand up” / “to elevate”

the word consisting of the head and the mouth is probably just the preposition “upon”

left of that word is the word nm(i). This verb can have many meanings, and since the determinative is not visible, i would guess they mean “to travel trough”.

everything together i think they are hinting at time travel and resurrection (although there are many ancient egyptians words literaly meaning to resurrect that have not been used here!)

I looked the translations up in the Berliner Woerterbuch, see http://aaew.bbaw.de/tla/servlet/BwlSearch?u=0314862&f=0&l=0 . Its quite simple.

I repeat: three words for "time"; "to lift up"; "upon", "to travel through".

Easy.

the 3 glyphs that are on both sides means "to ascend"
There's an exact match on pg 585 of Budge's Beginner's Guide.
The symbols including and below the water sign can be found on pg 373 of Budge's Vol 1. but not an exact match. Could be 'wrongdoer' or ('enter', 'avoid' or 'journey')???
I think the upper left means 'Temple where those rejoice to the Sun' and the "reed shelter" glyph means the courtyard lies on the other side of the wall.
On the left, the 'servant' glyph is above 'mouth' - servant of souls.
On the right, the 'basket' glyph is below 'mouth' - holder of souls.

the lower right unknown ?? looks like a combination of U39 and U40
# U39 sound sign for wtjs, tjs Determinative for pennants of the scales (wtjst)
# U40 sound sign for wtjs, tjs Determinative for pennants of the scales (wtjst)

Could this be a clue about how the smoke monster judges those it encounters?

The papyrus stem (upside down) is not very Egyptian, Egyptian writing can read left to right, right to left, top to down etc. The Vulture and what's next to it the Jabiru point to the left indicates the text reads left to right, text doesn't usually change direction in main text. What that sign really is is the determinative for face. The face sign is a bit like a bust of the English soccer player Gary Lineker on a small stand.

Also the sign under the papyrus scroll is the plural symbol, thus meaning more than one scroll (perhaps it's suggesting a library?)

The reed symbol is incorrect. It is similar but the right vertical line is broken.

The 3 vertical lines under papyrus scroll means plural, so multiple teachers?
http://www.omniglot.com/writing/egyptian_det.htm

Under the water symbol is(from left to right) an upside Papyrus stem, a bird facing left and maybe a fire drill(healthy) symbol(there is no enough of it to be completely sure).

Also what you say is the sun on the right has an S in the middle and not a dot.

there is no RA inscription on the Temple exterior.
Picture is cut off at the bottom, so you can’t tell. Here’s another pix with more at the bottom.
