I think that they (whoever that is) will try to take Aaron away, but Kate will speak to Jack and he’ll realise – duh – he’s related to Aaron. And help her get him back. In return she’ll go back to the island with Jack. But that sounds really simple and nothing ever is on Lost.

i think there is more behind the scene pics than really happy situation here, effect kate with aaron, i can’t see them smiling in this episode but maybe i’m wrong lol doc tell us lol
anyways i really think now sun will betrayal kate and give aaron back to carole
