Okay this is a bit too obvious to be anything other than part of the marketing for the 815 game. In the latest issue of Spiderman, 548, on page 11 we see a find815.com bumper sticker on a cab. A few weeks back it was a Lost poster for Kate. Thanks to Mike for the intel. Click the pic to see it full size.

Hey, the other thread had its comments closed. I have no idea what you guys were talking about, with the “clues being revealed”, “other sites” and all. This site is the only one for me when it comes to Find815. I was following the game exclusively through this — no time to play it, not much of an interest either, and no time to keep up with just about everything. I was following the sum-ups and major clues and getting my kicks out of Lost from them, only. Not interested in the game per se, but on its results, sure, week after week.
This could be some sort of “Please, don’t” letter, but I can make it better by just asking: what will we be having here, on the Find815 subject? I want to know if it’s the case of going on with the site, something I truly liked to do, or if I’ll have to have the news from somewhere else.
So, this is just to let you know –anyone who wants to know– that not everybody is so pissed off about all that that was being spilled somewhere else, because not many of us are actually interested in the play-along details. Maybe there are more people like me out there, people who just want to keep following the development of game as it goes, but not to play it.
For the play by play you might as well visit find815.blogspot.com, since they are sure to be given the answers to the toughest mysteries by their everpresent dues ex machina.
Here you will definitely find pieces on the story. But not the game. Why bother solving when it is solved for us?

I feel that the negativity around here is rampant and there is not much you can do to shut idiots like james and Sunspot up other than delete the posts. I did however happen to see them before they were taken down and I was right beside you. How is it a “game” if solutions are GIVEN away? If they are intent on handing out pieces of the game, how much harder would it be to release it to all the fansites rather than just one? The reason that people are bashing you about this is b/c they are thinkin in THEIR shoes, not yours. If all of these people had to maintain this site, all while trying to stay more up to date on the show and game than 95% of the population, they would freak. I can understand how annoying it must have been to try and try to get the braille clue only to find out that the only way to get it is from Dark. That is total BS! I am always in your corner Doc. I come here 4 or 5 times a day and I will probably increase my visitation once S4 starts. Your previews have got me so amped for the premiere I can’t wait! By the way, i’m pretty sure that the guy who told you not to get your knickers in a twist on the entry before this is the same “james” as was 2nd in the deleted entry. The one that the real “james” said was not him. Read the spat between Sunspot and I for more info. Its in the “our mutual friend” entry. Stay up Doc. Just b/c people don’t comment doesn’t mean they aren’t there. Look at me, i’ve been here since TTS S2 and i’ve commented maybe twice. You have support, keep blasting these haters.

Antics? Posting easter eggs, an antic? I don’t get it. This site has been up for less than a month and is already outpacing what I did with TTS, so I’d reserve judgment if I were you.
Your @#%&#$! kidding me right? Doc made TTS relevant. Are you trying to insult him or compliment him? Personally, I already like this site MUCH more than when Doc was at BuddyTV. TTS, no offense doc, really started to suck as soon as Doc spent more time as “Jon” than “Doc.” Here I see Doc doing other things but still pouring some heart and soul into this site. This has, for me, made Doc that much more the real thing. Keep it up doc and don’t let this dumb@#$@s try to drag you down.
Nice catch Morty. I knew the name Talbot sounded familiar to me, I just couldn’t figure out where I’d heard it. If they were in fact related, this would be a huge connection.

Sadly, those who are working on the game don’t seem to think so, and sad sad Doc is going to pout about it. My judgment doesn’t matter—the ARG people have made theirs and you don’t seem to like being left out of the loop.
PS – “A lot” is two words, for future reference.

You have completely missed the point…
I don’t know why you get off on trying to put DocArzt down for unfounded reasons, or why you think you have any more creditability just by correcting someone else’s grammar.
Back to the topic, if Mr. Talbot and Peter Talbot were related that would make for an interesting dynamic to the game. I’m sure they put it in there to make us wonder if they are connected in some way, although, they may never point it out.
Hmmm Poor doc. Did you miss the point? the creators GAVE dark’s people what was needed to solve the braille trail. They clearly did not put a great deal of faith in the players there to solve the puzzle, they just wanted the solution spread quickly. But i digress. The show is far more important than the game, and we enjoyed the game for its connection to the show. In case you miss the point, I decided to stop covering it because it made no sense as a ‘player’ to continue on when the solutions were being given to another site. As a site, I have nothing but confidence that we will continue to grow and we’re not giving up on the show one bit. Next week, it’s full throttle. See you on the sunny side.
Poor Doc: Maybe you are new to the world of Lost, but DocArzt has made his mark already. if anybody is jealous here its the numerous imitators that came after him. i’m sure having seen the first four episodes already and having visited the set that doc could really give two shits about the game. it’s like he said, he’s pissed at the cheating. i am too.
