My wife kicked me out of the chair when she looked over my shoulder and realized I was reading an article about Desmond. Her favorite Lost actor was born in Peru to a Scottish minister. After living in Peru and Trinidad, he and his family later arrived at their home in Scotland sporting bleach blonde hair, a dark tan and wearing shorts, a t-shirt, and flip flops. Ian was prepared to call it quits on acting all together when he landed a role on one of his favorite shows, 24, and then Lost. He and his wife now wake up with their three sons overlooking a beach in Hawaii.
