Evangeline used an appearance on my favorite talk-show Jimmy Kimmel to discuss those nasty rumors that she is leaving LOST. After Jimmy asked her point blank about the rumors, Evangeline attributed them to writers just “…making sh*t up…” OW!. Watch for yourself.

Sigh… we can only dream.
Seriously… why can’t you die…so painful to watch her… darlton do you want me to hate her? Cuz I do… I really really do…
Good, I’m glad she’s not leaving. I’m actually a bit perplexed at some of the anti-Kate comments I see online. She’s a strong female character who’s disarmingly beautiful, portrayed by a very good actress who does a damn good job delivering her lines–what’s not to like?
Me either. I find her to be one of the most interesting characters on the show.
*- Me, too.
kate purposely trying to get pregnant…
i hadn’t thought of that. it makes sense though. explains the sudden turnaround with jack, the vampiric kiss she planted on him. although, honestly…she can kiss however she wants. (girl crush!)
i often wonder about her importance to the island though. is she important to the island, or just important to the men who are important? we’ve yet to see what she “means” although i understand that originally, she was supposed to be the ‘main character’. its always about jack/locke or jack/sawyer (depending on whats at stake) but i’d like to see kate end up to have some mythic significance. maybe she’s eve, who knows…
Thanks for spoiling that for. Now I know that Kate is going to be in the show until the end of Season 6. Great!!!
THIS SAYS SPOILER!!! Why would you click on it if you didn’t want to be spoiled?
I’m also completely bemused by the anti-Kate sentiment going round. I know she’s been given some rubbish storylines to work with – but I reckon that’ll be sorted by a good centric episode before long. The writers just need to keep her involved in the mythology instead of relegating her to love interest/over protective mother strands.
Also – I think everybody is far too uptight about the spoiler thing. It’s starting to affect the blog. Let’s not make Doc paranoid and get things back to normal.
