This fits perfectly with other items we’ve seen aside from Ben’s journal. The chart that Ben showed Juliet that was to serve as proof of her sister’s cancer returning, was in fact the EKG of a 187 pound male. In The Man From Tallahassee, Richard gives Locke a file to offer an alternative to Locke killing his father. Locke reads the file, but we see (thanks to screencaps) that it’s an Interpol report written in French.

I wrote a theory using these as proof of what I believe the Magic Box is. It’s on Dark’s site if you wanna give it a read!
