one thing that has bothered me about Lost from the very beginning is their ever-changing cast of extras (survivors, others, etc) and inconsistencies in actors (Claire’s mum, Eloise). In other words…remember the blond psychiatrist-type Other from the episode in which Jack’s tattoo is discussed (“that’s what it says, not what it means”) Why couldn’t they use her as the temple leader instead of some dude we’ve never seen? I love Lost and am willing to deal with this low-level problem, but at times like this it does bother me… It’s definitely a fault in the show. If it’s a financial thing, then…they should be ashamed. spend the money and make the show impeccable…

Didn’t the Asian dude’s necklace resemble one of those things that contains a rolled up message, like the one Michael found in the bomb on the freighter (he pulled a rolled up slip from the tiny tube which read, “Not yet.”)If I’m right, what could be rolled up inside? Another list maybe?

This group of Others seems different than the New Othertown Others. They look like the “hillbillies” that Michael encountered. I wonder why they go back and forth from book clubs to barefoot. Maybe this is MIB said he was very disappointed in them.

As someone over at D***U**’s pointed out, a sound guy can be seen in the background of the photo that shows Jack fighting off the bald temple-other.

Guess it’s just on the promotional photos – but who knows? Maybe they are going to confront us with the next big revelation on the show and uncover the TRUE nature of the whispers.
