Once you have that, all you need to do to subscribe is visit www.Docarzt.com and click the little orange button in the address bar. It looks like this:
Once you click that you will get a box like this:

You do not NEED FireFox to do this: IE7 and Opera both support RSS, as well as iGoogle, and a billion web-based RSS readers. All you actually need is this URL: http://feeds.feedburner.com/Docarzts-Lost-Blog and an RSS reader
