I’ve said it before – we’ve only seen the first day and the last two days of their time in 70s Dharma. We have no idea what has happened in the past three years.

Isn’t one of the most significant features of the island the fact that it lets you start over?
Sawer was a con-man off the island, he was a con-man after the crash, but that had to do with the fact that he refused to let himself get close to anyone. He hated himself and wanted others to hate him, as well.
He’s dealt with his past – confronting the original “Sawer,” and has learned that it’s okay to let people get a little close.
He accepted a position of leadership, taking responsibility for his fellow time-travelers by making the decision to tell the lie of where they came from. A lie that was necessary for their survival
He took responsibility for his own actions (and those of his group) when talked to Richard about the encounter in which they met Amy. And I think it’s worth noting that he did not lie to Richard.

To say that he can’t have feelings for Juliet, or vice versa, is a serious discredit to the characters that have been so well developed up to this point.
He had his emotions toyed with by Kate, I don’t think that he would do that to Juliet.
He has no reason to distance himself from the few people who actually know who he is and what he’s been through.

Juliet again – why does she always cut people off before they get to the good stuff. Like when John was questioning young Widmore in the 50′s. Fishy, I tell ye.

Yes, he does know that he has a daughter by Cassidy and he knows her name.

Remember when Sawyer was in prison (3.04 Every Man For Himself) and he earned himself a stake of some stolen money and told the warden to put it all in an account for Clementine in Albuquerque, with no way for her to trace the money’s source? After he had denied that Clementine was his to Cassidy earlier in the episode?

I’m not sure if I’m saying the relationship is a fake – but there’s something fishy. Do the houses in New Otherton/Dharmaville have the surveillance cameras in at this stage?

Good ol’ Sawyer, believing in Locke like that.

Kate did tell Jack she was doing something for Sawyer, and that she wasn’t going to tell Jack about it because she made a promise to Sawyer. But we’re still guessing that it had to do with Clem and Cass.

Also, it makes no sense that Sawyer and Juliet are supposedly so happy together and yet, Sawyer and Jin were still obsessed with waiting and finding thre 06.

It may be completely wrong – but I’m just not buying the Sawyer-LeFleur transistion. He’s still the Polar Bear shooting son-of-a-bitch underneath it all.

Any one else feel that 1 episode is not long enough for the survivors to tell their story, compared to the whole of season 4 for the O6? Hope there is more.
