Get-Lost-with-Michael-Emerson-on-AOTS-1

Emmy award winner Michael Emerson will be appearing on Attack of The Show tonight.  Tune in!

Ben Linus is in the house! Er…at least, he will be tonight on Attack of the Show. Kevin Pereira sits down with Michael Emerson to talk about winning his Emmy winning performance on Lost (his second in his career!), polar bears* and how he thinks the show will end in its final 6th season next year.

You won’t want to miss this epic appearance so tune into G4 tonight at 7:00pm EST for Attack of the Show.

*Polar bears will probably not be discussed but one can hope, eh?

Now if G4 would just bring Lost reruns BACK… They had them on (briefly) a couple years ago, put it on in crappy timeslots, and then just quietly dropped the show completely. Sure, I have seasons 1-4 on DVD and season 5 is on DVR (except for a couple of episodes when it was storming badly and my DirecTV went out), but it’s the principle of the thing. Plus, whenever I’d come across Lost whether on G4, SciFi (or whatever dumb thing they’re calling themselves now), or local reruns I’d always stop to watch anyway.

G4 sucks. They had, but dropped, Lost, and they used to show reruns of original Star Trek and Star Trek: TNG. Now they have nothing worth watching, except for the Emerson interview (which I missed). Their so-called “coverage” of Comic Con is horrendous. Instead of showing us the panels and stuff, they just have their dopey hosts stand around and blather while surrounded by people in wacky costumes. Lame.

G4 kind of bite the hand that feeds them sometimes. The interview is great, although I could live without the hosts sardonic hipster attitude.

for real, he was a little more over the top than usual for the emerson interview. lucky bastard. should have had olivia interview him.

and really, why did g4 stop running lost, they hyped the hell out of how they were gonna be showing them and then boom…it just died out.

Good question… I’m guessing the lousy timeslots weren’t bringing in great numbers, so instead of moving it to better times or showing it in mini-marathons/blocks (like Sci-Fi did for awhile, now they show it weeknights after midnight I think), they just dropped it quietly. Sort of like they did with the Star Treks.

Oh, but G4 still shows “encore” showings of HEROES… BWA-HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can’t believe anyone’s watching that garbage in reruns. I can’t believe anyone’s still watching it in first-run on NBC!
