The phone call was another one of the Ghost Whispers that was reversed. Here is a clear version of the call.

Anyone think that sounds like Locke's voice in Kate's phone call?
There are two other whisper events that i am going to break down, but that requires channel separation to understand. So, I will have those released a little later today.

The last few seconds before Michael says "who are you"
sounds like "Johnny, take Michael to the house with you".
Sure sounds like Locke to me.

What about what Sawyer whispered in Kate's ear right before he jumps from the helicopter? Since that would be the promis he asked her to make, it would be interresting if anyone can understand what's been said.

Sawyer told Kate about his daughter. I distinctly heard him say "daughter". I don't know exactly what he made her promise to do, but probably something like make sure she's okay, or deliver a message to her or give her his secret stash of money...
It sounds like Sawyer saying, "The Island needs you. You have to go back. Before it's too late."
I def think i heard Sawyer whisper to kate something about his daughter. he either said daughter, or Clementine... I have to rewatch it, but i know it was one of those that i heard him say.

The whispers in kates phone need to be reversed and say
"thats the plan"
"I'll wait for you later buddy"
Sawyer whispers that he has a daughter in Albuquerque and he wants Kate to tell her he's sorry. I've heard this from split track masters, that's all I can say.
