The only spoiler in this article is this:
Damon said that we can expect to see another "Purple Sky Event" in the finale, and he used the word "seismic" to describe the finale.
That having been said, here's my prediction for the finale:
I think Moving the Island will involve using the Orchid to teleport the entire Island through time and space. This will be the "seismic" "Purple Sky Event" refered to in the spoiler.
Furthermore, I think the O6 manage to be free of the effect when this happens, which puts them in the middle of the ocena, free of the Islands forces. They then take the Zodiac to civilisation. The cover story is neccessary due to the total lack of evidence.
The Flashfoward in "The Shape of Things to Come" implies that Ben teleported from the Orchid to 2005 Tunisia. I think he left Locke in charge of the Island and is now on his own little mission of revenge against Widmore. His confidence that Widmore will never find the Island suggests it has been teleported and thus whatever information Widmore had that helped him find it is now useless.

Good stuff.
My theory is a bit more conservative. I think the orchid is going to 'spin' the electromagnetic gobledigook that protects the island, changing up the coordinates that are safe to travel. This has a time facet as well, as i think the vector that you approach or leave the island affects the timeline you emerge in.
I agree, solid theory. One thing, the zodiac on the boat is different than the one one the press pic, though that pic is probably all staged anyway.
Another thing / thought - i believe the O6 will have to make a deal with someone in order to keep the island a secret. I'm guessing that the peoples' fate on the island (those left on the island) will depend how well the O6 keep it a secret. Either they make the deal with Widmore, so he can be the one to find the island (this would explain why Widmore's guys are tailing the O6), or they have to make a deal with Ben. Either way, they're tight-lipped for a reason and we better find out why soon!!
Could this "seismic" event cause a large earthquake and...(wait for it)...tsunami? We are only a few days past Dec. 26, 2004 (I believe) and with time distortion at play, who knows (besides the showrunners and wirters).
