These appeared earlier at DarkUFO
MOTHER - Caucasian, late 30s, with red hair and blue or green eyes, Frazzled, annoyed, trying to keep her daughter under control and tired of dealing with her when she seems to only make one bad decision after the other. CO-STAR.
Clearly this is the mother of the young girl with green eyes/light eyes discussed in earlier casting calls.
GELLERT - Any ethnicity, 30s -40s. High school chemistry teacher, intelligent and understanding, he offers a bright student the chance of a lifetime but becomes resentful when the offer is refused. CO-STAR.
Who could this bright student be? If this is the flashback featuring a multi-aged younger version of a green eyed male character (Ben? Locke? Sawyer?) could that student also be the one offered a chance of a lifetime here?
FLORENCE - Any ethnicity, late 30s. A foster mother who is worn out and overwhelmed. She is charmed by an unexpected visitor she anxiously hopes might help her situation, but she turns punitive when it doesn't go well. CO-STAR.
Foster mother? Are you thinking what I'm thinking? I'm all but convinced this is a Locke flashback now.
SUSIE - Any ethnicity, 30s to 40s. A nurse working the late shift who unexpectedly has to help deliver a baby. Professional and compassionate, she tries to help the mother adjust to her new reality...CO-STAR.

Even if I would love the idea of a Sawyer, Locke or Ben flashback, with all the info, I think that this is a multicentric episode from Daniel, Miles, Charlotte and Frank. Weren't this people supposed to have special skills or something like that?? And if we are going to see character/s in their early years, this is maybe to know exactly what kind of skills.
The producers have said a few times that they had to cut out flashbacks for the four newbies because of the strike. So unless they cameo in a regular character's flashback, I doubt we're gonna get more stuff about their pasts until Season 5.
A season can't get too far in without there being a Locke flash-something. He's too important to the story and a main character to the plot. If episode 9 is indeed a Syid flasforward, that will make 9 episodes without a Locke centric one. This just isn't right. (Two Syid centric episodes in the same season is one too many in my opinion)
That being said, if I was a betting man (and I am), my money is on this being a Locke episode for sure.
