Do you remember in the movie Beetlejuice when in an attempt to scare the family out of their house the ghosts screwed up their faces all goofy? Well When Horace turned his back on Locke all dramatically I half expected him to turn around with some spooky scary face- or like a fake nose and groucho glasses or something... Just a nose bleed? THey really missed the opportunity for one hell of a surprise!!!
The nose bleed reminds me of what happens when a constant is not found;
like when the guy on the ship died and Des started to have the nose
bleed just before he got Penny on the phone (his constant).
Horace (Doug Hutchinson) played Eugene Victor Tooms on the X-Files in Season 1. I was an X-Phile growing up. Now I cheat on it with Lost. :(
Anyway, Doug Hutchinson is cool.
