Nikki Stafford, author of the 'Finding Lost' books and the editor of the book Doc Arzt is co-authoring with Hijix from Fuselage has another exahstive dissection of last night's Cabin Fever.
It's filled with tons of theories, easter eggs and of course, more questions:
"Just when you thought we were done with flashbacks of the survivors, we get another one. And whoa, was it a doozy. For the most part, it told us what we already knew about Locke - he was in a foster home, his mother was a tool, he was a loser, he loved backgammon, and he had given up on ever walking again. But throw in a little Richard Alpert, Matthew Abaddon, and a Walkabout, and you have a whole series of "ga-WHA??" moments."

Finally, someone else who agrees with me that it was the Book of Laws that Richard wanted Locke to pick. You can tell by the way they cut to his face and expression he makes with his eyes when John is pondering the Book.
you know johns flashback and bens flashback had a lot in common born in trauma lots and lots of rejection i wonder if john's gonna have to kill evryone to move the island like ben did - hurley was great in this episode - sayid is really regreting ratting out mike out now - things are gonna get good now.
Maybe it's written here, but just in case, as far as I'm concerned, the biggest reveal in "Cabin Fever" Was that Locke and Ben are half brothers, Emily is their mother. They all have blue eyes. Ben must be aware of this, because he would probably know his own mother's maiden name was "Locke".
They're not half brothers! Just because their mothers were both called Emily doesn't mean they're the same person.
Anyway, Ben's mom is dead, and Locke's mom isn't, at least up to the point where she helps con John into giving up a kidney.
