Must rethink who Abbadon is working for.
I totally agree. How awesome was that scene?
I guess that confirms that Claire's a ghost. That was strange, more so, what was with the smile Claire and Christian exchanged when John asked how to save the island.
The protocal manual Keamy (sp) was looking through, it had the DI logo, so that would mean Widmore is the leader of DI, and Ben is the leader of the Others that killed the DI.
Now Ben is trying to put John in the place of the leader so he saves himself.
What did Keamny (sp) have on his arm? Some device that would go off if he died?
Hi!
Am I crazy, or when Sayid was leaving on the raft and passing the end of the boat, Hurley's numbers were on the side of the boat, vertically?
I think I'm right. I think I remember reading an interview/summary somewhere where the producers said the numbers would be back tonight.
:-)
cool
RICHARD IS ON THE ISLAND
ABBADON IS OFF
AND THEIR TRYING TO FIND THE ISLAND TOGETHER
RICHARD IS MOLE
IN THE OTHERS
TO FIND ISLAND
THATS HIDDEN
AND CORESPONDS
WITH ABBADON OFF ISLAND
AND LOCKES FAVOR
WILL BE TO MOVE ISLAND
FOR THEM
TO FIND
ABBADON IS DHARMA!
Love Hurley's theory that they can see the cabin because they are the "craziest."
I noticed the DHARMA logo on the secondary protocol thing Keamy was reading too. Very cool. I also noticed that the pamphlet John's science teacher gave him was for Mittelos, the same "faux" company Richard and Ethan were at when they recruited Juliet.
I personally loved the candy bar scene with Hurley and Ben. It was as if Hurley was saying, "welcome to being a follower, dude."
I don't remember seeing the numbers on the side of the boat. I thought they were just sequential numbers indicating the depth of the boat. (I remember looking for them.)
And I'm not sure what the hell Claire is. She's "undead" at worst - probably not dead. (Boone, Shannon, and Eko - they're dead.) She's in whatever "state" Christian is in.
We do know one thing about Jacob now - he's not Christian. That was made clear.
The Dharma Logo on the Secondary protocol is the Orchid Station Logo. I have posted the screencap in the Screencap Article.
Best line: "Because destiny, John, is a fickle bitch."
I liked when Lapidus drops the bag ot of the chopper it hit Claires tent. "Come to Claire!"
Ben's Mom: Emily
John's Mom: Emily
StepBros???
That exchange between John and Ben commenting about their differences kinda stood out. This could be another one of the ironic comments like Sayid swearing to never work for Ben and flashforward, he is Ben's righthand man
I was wrong. nevermind.. Sorry!!
I had chills through at least half this episode.
(LMAO the zombie was only a dream)
If Ben and John have the same Mom, then that would make them half brothers.
Luved the candy bar seen too. It kinda summed up their two personalities. Hurley shares and Ben covets and takes. (And Bens still manipulating and lying thru his teeth, every word.)
Yeah, what is that on Keamy's arm? Isnt he deliciously evil.
I wonder......does Abbadon work for Widmore, or Widmore for Abbadon......
Weird.
I definitely posted a question on the official podcast question board about the relevance of Geronimo Jackson and also the Apollo Bars.
GJ popped up in the Locker.
...and was Hurley sharing an Apollo bar with Ben at the end?
Color me totally weirded out.
Ben and John Locke do not have the same mom. Ben's mom died in childbirth, while Locke's mom was later an accomplice to Anthony Cooper's trick to con his son into giving up his liver.
sammy: I thought the "smile" that Claire and Christian exchanged was almost more like a sign of disappointment, as if Locke hadn't chosen the "right" question. For example, maybe he should have asked about saving the people rather than the island.
Sk8pro, couldnt John's mom that was an accomplice to Anthony Cooper's con be a con too.
My first thought is that Locke's mom looks like Claire.
Here's my theory...the thing on Keamy's arm...it's like a little "sound fence"...like the one that keeps the monster in check on the island. He's had his first encounter with it,and with Widmore's knowledge about the island, it would make sense to send his top mercenary in with something to combat the island's biggest threat. Keamy being Keamy he may not have believed Widmore if he was previously given a warning about a "smoke monster",however seeing it firsthand may have caused him to think twice.
How did Keamy and all his mercs survive in the first place? Smokey stormed those guys, yet 5-6 made it out alive? How many of them were there in the first place? That just doesn't seem right to me. Smokey seemed to cause so much more havoc than that.
Keamy is one creepy mofo.
My question is, who was meant to protect the island first, Ben or Locke? Is Ben just backup (course correction) until Alpert & Co could get Locke there or did it happen how it was supposed to? Ben said he used to have dreams, but those obviously have passed onto Locke now...
