Lost - 4.02 - Confirmed Dead - Easter Eggs

Notice that the computer monitor in Ben's picture isn't even plugged in... strange. They normally don't screw that kind of stuff up.

The monitor looks like it is from the mid '90's maybe? Ben looks much younger, and it almost looks like he is in an office. Maybe he left the island for a few months and went to work at Mittelos Bioscience.

He probably went on off-shore trips to recruit newcomers, the same way Richard Alpert did. Or, to be honest, I think it's kind of ironic that Juliet's sister was cured of cancer and then Ben contracted it, if not purposeful. Sort of a pushing daisies idea. You can save a life once but in doing so another life needs to be taken. He can cure someone's cancer, but in doing so takes it on himself. My point here being that, perhaps this is a trip that he visited Rachel on.

Hey Doc - don't know if it's firefox, my computer, or the syntax of the image links above, but when I click one it opens a blank window. The links end in '.php' tho if I amend the '.php' to '.jpg' I get the full sized pic just fine. Just a heads-up

This is not specific to this episope but has to do with the Oceanic 6. We know three are Jack, Kate and Hurley and wonder who the other three are. What about the person in the coffin from the last episode of last year. Could that person have been one of the six or was it someone from the island who was not linked to the six? Like Ben for example.

I know that Michael is the mole on the freighter...His name appeared in the opening credits!!! Also, you know Ben made a deal with him...he would never just let them leave the island...He definitely said, you do me one more favor and I will let Walt leave...Just like the deal he made with Juliette to stay longer...You stay, I will cure your sister's cancer...
Also, Is Miles in the coffin (Inglewood, cA?)

Harold P. was in last week's credits as well, it looks like he's listed as a main cast member for every episode this season whether he appears or not. He could be the man on the boat, but we can't just assume that's true because he's listed in the credits. He could end up back on the island or appear in flashforwards/flashbacks.

its awesome how everything seems to be done for a reason. In a way, Anthony Cooper saved John's life! awesome episode, so much information....and the cast was great. Does anyone else think that new girl is hott? she got amazing eyes.....

In a wider shot that shows the whole picture, looks like Ben is standing.

Could be an office, I've heard people say it looks like airport security. Either way, it looks like it's off the island, which contradicts the previous notion that Ben hadn't been off since he was a kid and came to the island. His clothes are funky, a friend of mine thought they looked like clothes from the 70's.

if u look closer at bens pic, it looks like a young black kid is going to walk by him. The young black kid looks like a younger version of Abaddon.

also, i think the asian guy had a previous relationship/friendship with the black ladys dead son. He spoke to him in a way that seemed too casual, and took the money as the whole purpose was for the him to make his mother believe his spirit wasnt there anymore.

look up close at the ben photo. there is no doubt that he is in airport security. there is a tsa agent behind the monitor and on the monitor "stand" there are those black rubber things that your suitcase goes into after it runs down the conveyor belt. no doubt...

Yup it looks like an airport. Also he appears to be carrying bags by his sides, hence looking like he's in a wheelcair.

maybe it's important who is standing behind him? not being racist, it kind of looks like michael or sayid..
